In March of 2018 Charlie Norton collaborated with music producer Lauren Barthelmes to help promote her debut EP titled First Steps. Charlie produced the award winning music video "Glorious" to correspond with the single on the album. He also produced the Live EP, First Steps: Unplugged, in April 2018
